Mindful Threads

Mindful Threads is a creative sewing and textiles series designed to support wellbeing through mindful making.

Join us for a series of six themed workshops, exploring techniques such as embroidery, fabric printing, macrame and collage making all using sustainable materials.

Each workshop offers a calm, welcoming space to learn new skills, connect with others and enjoy time for creativity and self-care.

You can book each session individually, and are welcome to attend one or all of the workshops in the series.
